Training and Consultation

I offer training services for clinicians in dream and nightmare treatment, and in Focusing. Trainings range from succinct overviews of the latest nightmare treatment techniques, to longer workshops that go into experiential depth. I have offered trainings worldwide via zoom for large training platforms and smaller practice groups including the Academy for Therapy Wisdom, PESI, Good Therapy, The Jung Platform, The International Focusing Institute, Centre for Existential Practice, Therapsil and many others.

Consultations

Consultations are tailored to the needs of the clinician or individual. For therapists, this may include case consultation, supervision in Focusing oriented dreamwork, and guidance in applying current nightmare treatment research in clinical practice.
For individuals seeking consultation, sessions focus on experiential engagement with a specific dream or nightmare. The aim is not interpretation, but deeper contact with the felt meaning of the dream in a way that supports integration.

Work With Me

Deep Dreamdive

I have occasional openings for deep dives into dreams. In a 90-minute embodied experiential dream session, you will be guided into the landscape of your dream and invited to experience it deeply, allowing its wisdom to permeate you in ways that may surprise and enlighten you.

This is not psychotherapy, but rather, accompaniment and guidance into the depth of your most profound dreams.

If you have a dream that has stayed with you, one that feels imbued with meaning you can't access through the mind or typical dream decoding methods, this gentle guided and embodied experience of your dream will open you to new aspects of your dream's wisdom.

Via zoom, 90-minute session, $325 USD.
